Ingredients for 4 servings

  • Salad Spring Mix
  • 1⁄2 Cup Bacon, Cooked & Chopped
  • 2 Hard Boiled Eggs, Sliced
  • 1 Pint Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
  • 1 Shallot, Minced
  • 1⁄2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • VINAIGRETTE DRESSING:
  • 2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Bunch Parsley, Finely Chopped
  • 2 Teaspoons Sugar
  • 1⁄4 Cup Tabasco® Course Ground Mustard
  • 2 Tablespoons Tabasco® Spicy Brown Mustard
  • CREAMY DRESSING:
  • 1⁄2 Cup Tabasco® Course Ground Mustard
  • 2 Tablespoons Tabasco® Spicy Brown Mustard
  • 1⁄4 Cup Water
  • 3 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1⁄4 Cup Light Mayonnaise

Preparation

In a large bowl add the spring mix, bacon, egg, tomato and shallot.

In a food processor add the olive oil and your choice of dressing ingredients. Process until smooth and add salt and pepper, if needed.

Toss with salad.
