Ingredients for 6 servings
- 1 Box (18.3 Ounce) Brownie Mix *Bake according to package instructions for Cake Like Brownies
- Cloud Topping:
- 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
- ½ Cup Butter, Softened
- 6 Tablespoons Marshmallow Crème
- ½ Teaspoon Peppermint Extract
- 1/8-1/4 Cup Crushed Peppermint Hard Candies, Crushed
- Cake Mate® Peppermint Decor Sprinkles
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x9” baking pan with cooking spray. Prepare brownies following instructions on the brownie box. Pour batter into the baking pan and bake for 38-40 minutes. Allow brownies to cool completely.
In a medium bowl beat the powdered sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add marshmallow crème, peppermint extract, crushed peppermint candies and mix to combine. Spread the frosting evenly over the brownie and top with a dusting of peppermint sprinkles. Cut into 16 squares.
