The 200-acre Blue Hill Farm is bathed in sunshine when Pacific Northwest farms are under snow or winter fog. And that means we get succulent asparagus that snap with flavor during winter, when others don’t. As soon as they’re picked, they’re put on a plane to ensure freshness.
