Kurt Beecher started Beecher’s Cheese in Seattle’s Pike Place Market back in 2003 to make “the world’s best, and do it without any harmful additives.” Lucky for him he’s surrounded by ingredients he can trace right back to the area farms he buys from. These farms produce high quality milk the natural way, with zero added growth hormones (RBST free). Kurt’s passion for the healthiest and best ingredients seems to be a recipe for success. So successful that he just opened a new cheese shop in New York City’s Flatiron District.
